Camp Carpenter Cub World
Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program
Session 1: Sunday, July 4 – Friday, July 9, 2010
-
Have you ever thought about working at camp?
-
What’s it like to be on staff?
-
How hard do I have to work?
-
How much time do I get off?
-
How much does it pay?
-
Where do I live?
All the answers to these questions and more can be addressed by participating in our Counselor-in-Training program. Come join us for a week at Camp Carpenter Cub World, the Daniel Webster Council’s premier Cub Scout/Webelos Scout camp. You will have the opportunity to learn about all the program areas of camp through hands-on experience and training sessions. Experienced staff members will lead you through six busy days of learning and fun. You will live, work, sleep, and dine as a Camp Carpenter staff member. You will be guaranteed an interview with a senior staff member to evaluate your chances of becoming a full time staff member in the future, and you may be given the opportunity to volunteer at camp for additional weeks.
Arrive: Sunday between 12:30 and 1:30 PM
Depart: Friday at 5:00 PM
