ABNAKI AUGUST ROUNDTABLE
In addtion to the Annual Cookout we will be having several special trainings at Roundtable this coming month, Please be aware that you need to bring the apporpriate people as these meetings are critical
Cookout and festivities 600pm
Popcorn Kickoff Starts at 6:30pm Popcorn Kernals and any other interested parties need to be here for this meeting, the materials you need for a sucessful sale will be distributed here. This group will start before our regular RT session
Cub Scout Scout 2010 new program training: As many Den leaders as possbile should attend this session, it is critical to the sucess of your program that you understand the new materials. We will have a special training at this RT for just this. It will start right after our announcements and acknowledgements.

Welcome aboard to Dave St Cyr, as District Boy Scout Training Chair and John Jonash, as Assistant District Chair for Finance.
Dave brings lots of experience and energy to the training team and we look forward to another great year of Boy Scout training.
John will be helping develop a finance team in Abnaki District that will help us better acheive our goals. |
ABNAKI MEMBERSHIP KICKOFF, LETS MAKE IT ANOTHER GROWTH YEAR
CUB SCOUT LEADERS: WE WLL BE HAVING A SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP KICKOFF ON AUGUST 17TH AT TRINITY ANGLICAN CHURCH IN ROCHESTER IT STARTS AT 6:30PM. THE CHURCH IS ON RT 108 HEADING TOWARDS THE AIRPORT, EACH UNIT SHOULD COME PREPARED AT ROUNDTABLE WITH FALL ROUNDUP DATES READY AND CONTACT INFORMATION FOR FLIERS. THE MEETING ON THE 17TH IS CRITICAL FOR OUR CONTINUED GROWTH IN ABNAKI. YOUR UNIT WILL RECEIVE ALL ITS MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT MATERIALS AT THIS MEETING.
